Adoptr is an AI-powered platform that transforms GitHub releases into customer-facing product updates and publishes them to social media platforms. The Service includes AI content generation, social media publishing, scheduled posting, and related features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must authenticate via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to overload the Service infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the Service to publish content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service using artificial intelligence is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. Adoptr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You retain full responsibility for any content published through the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub and X (formerly Twitter). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms. Adoptr is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy modifications by third-party services.

7. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Adoptr and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your source code and any content you create. By using the Service, you grant Adoptr a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Adoptr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
